By placing an order through Ady Nicole Photography, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

DIGITAL IMAGE PURCHASES

All digital image purchases are licensed for personal use only. Images may be downloaded, shared on personal social media accounts, and printed for personal display. Images may not be altered, edited, sold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Ady Nicole Photography.

IMAGE EDITING & DELIVERY

Purchased images are professionally edited at the discretion of Ady Nicole Photography, LLC to maintain consistent artistic style and quality. Editing requests outside of standard corrections may incur additional fees.

Digital images will be delivered electronically after payment has been completed and processing/editing has been finalized. Delivery times may vary depending on event volume.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Ady Nicole Photography, LLC makes every reasonable effort to capture all riders, contestants, and participants during an event. However, due to the live nature of rodeo and equine events, image availability is not guaranteed.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the digital nature of photography products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once digital images, downloads, or products have been delivered.

PRINT QUALITY

Ady Nicole Photography, LLC is not responsible for print quality, color variation, or cropping issues resulting from customer use of third-party print labs or consumer printing services.

COPYRIGHT

All images remain the copyrighted property of Ady Nicole Photography, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, screenshotting, downloading, scanning, or removal of watermarks is strictly prohibited.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct images, packages, and products before completing checkout. Please review all selections carefully prior to submitting payment.

COMMUNICATION & MARKETING

By placing an order or registering for an event gallery, you may receive communication regarding your order, gallery updates, event notifications, and promotional offers from Ady Nicole Photography, LLC. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
